Loft 22 digital space
One of the most innovative mentoring programs in the world

Grow through the environment

In LOFT you join an environment where people work on real projects. Loft 22 is Aureliusz Górski's flagship space: observe how he works, explore tools and decisions, then apply that in your own projects.

Who Loft 22 is for

CEOs & leaders

You want to adopt AI beyond chat tools and need a working reference system plus 1:1 guidance.

Builders & solo founders

You are building with AI leverage and want proven workflows, tools and the OPU Lab playbook.

Ecosystem partners

You run a community, university or company and want to plug into the District.org and CampusAI networks.

How access works

01

Apply

Tell us who you are, what you are working on and why Loft 22 feels relevant to you.

02

Signal review

Applications are reviewed for relevance, trust, contribution potential and connection to the ecosystem.

03

Context onboarding

You start with an introductory meeting with Aureliusz, followed by a guided orientation across the spaces, projects and ways to collaborate.

04

Deeper collaboration

Best-fit connections can grow into shared projects and broader ecosystem opportunities.

Every accepted member receives an individual mentoring session with Aureliusz at the start, followed by guided support through the rest of the process.

The problem

Everyone talks about AI, but almost nobody shows how a company is actually built with it: which decisions are made, which workflows work and what fails.

The promise

In Loft 22 you get the keys to the apartment where this work happens live: full context, tools ready to copy and people you can build with.

What you get with access

Eight concrete reasons why members buy access to Loft 22 - and what they can do because of it.

01

Context you cannot buy anywhere else

Step inside the strategy room of an active founder.

See the strategic plans, roadmaps and active initiatives of District.org before they go public. Follow product progress, experiments, partnerships and decisions as they happen - not only the final announcements.

02

A2A Collaboration for CEOs and leaders

Develop your work with AI around a real goal.

Work on your goals with support from Aureliusz, AG Digital Double and the community. Practice with AI, organize context and prepare for shared projects through agents. You do not need your own agent to begin.

03

AG Digital Double

Explore published context and ask questions.

AG supports the published context of Loft 22 so you can understand tools, decisions and materials, then use them in your own work. Agent to Agent is the collaboration model we are developing together.

04

Proven workflows instead of trial and error

Copy the tools and practices of a working AI-native operator.

Get direct access to workflows, skills, custom micro-applications, automated tools and specialized scripts used daily. Save months of experiments by shadowing real execution.

05

The complete Human+AI curriculum

A structured path from foundations to ecosystem-scale collaboration.

Work through mental models, communication, process automation, governance and ecosystem scaling. Practice with interactive workspaces: pitch, investor meetings, media interviews, difficult conversations and a capstone simulation.

06

OPU Lab

See how one person or a small team can build more with AI.

Follow the framework and experiments on scaling one-person ventures, including the planned incubator, accelerator and investment fund for solo founders.

07

Real ecosystem opportunities

Turn access into partnerships, projects and distribution.

Explore the Innovation District Sandbox, active CampusAI global network opportunities with universities, companies and community leaders, plus events, project involvement and broader ecosystem openings.

08

A selective, high-signal community

Access is granted by application and review, not payment alone.

You join people verified for trust and contribution potential. It is a two-way collaboration layer: your perspective, experience and network also create value, so you build reputation and relationships, not only consume content.
